The DC Workforce Candidate Capability Matrix provides employers, contractors, suppliers, and community partners with a structured view of professionals who are open to new opportunities.

Each entry is a de-identified professional profile, what we call a resume abstraction. It summarizes a candidate’s capabilities, experience, target roles, and professional strengths without publishing the candidate’s name, contact information, or full resume.

For Employers and Suppliers

Review the matrix and note the Candidate ID associated with any profile that may align with an opportunity.

To request an introduction, select Request a Candidate Introduction below. On the Contact Us form, enter your name and email address, then begin the Reason for your message field with CANDIDATE INTRODUCTION REQUEST — [Candidate ID]. Include a link to the applicable job description or provide the position title, organization, and key requirements. We will share the opportunity with the candidate for consideration and coordinate the next step if the candidate is interested.

A candidate’s identity, contact information, and full resume will not be released without the candidate’s knowledge and permission.

For Washingtonians and the Greater Washington Region

You may use the matrix as an example for preparing your own resume abstraction. You can also copy the column headings and the example row into the AI tool of your choice, together with your resume, and ask it to prepare a corresponding abstraction.

When your draft abstraction is ready, visit our Contact Us page and provide:

• Your name 

• Your email address 

• Your draft resume abstraction 

• Three times you are available for a brief Zoom conversation

We will use the conversation to verify the information, clarify experience, and identify relevant details the resume or AI-generated draft may have missed. We will then prepare a final abstraction for your review. Nothing will be published until you approve the final version and provide the authorization below.

We will privately associate your name and email address with the Candidate ID assigned to your abstraction.

Final Candidate Review and Authorization

After reviewing your completed abstraction, you may authorize publication by providing the following statement:

“I authorize Camacho and Associates to publish and circulate the de-identified resume abstraction I have approved on its website and with vendors and relevant communities of interest. This authorization does not include permission to disclose my name, contact information, or full resume. I understand that Camacho and Associates will contact me before making an introduction or releasing additional information in connection with a specific opportunity. I may request corrections, updates, or removal of my abstraction at any time."

Participation does not guarantee employment, an interview, or consideration for a particular opportunity. There is no charge to candidates for inclusion in the matrix.
